Where are orders shipped from? We ship directly from our warehouse in Pretoria, GP to your door.

What is the cost of shipping? Shipping costs R99 for orders less than R550, and is free for orders over R550. We also offer collection at your closest Pudo locker for R60.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept South African EFT/bank transfers, as well as all major debit and credit cards using PayFast.

When will I receive my order? It will take 7-10 working days to receive your order depending on when your payment clears, and where you are located. If you're in a rush to receive your order, please use the PayFast payment method.

Do you auto-ship products or offer subscriptions? No, we do not offer any subscriptions and will never charge your card automatically.

How does your refund policy work? We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee that will refund you without asking you to return the used things.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to ask for returns on orders that contain two or more of the same item. Limit one refund per household. Read more details here.
